Key Qualifications:

Active Georgia SLP License Valid GaPSC Teaching Certificate Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Passion for fostering development and inclusivity in educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population, in alignment with IEPs and district procedures Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations as part of assessment teams Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and administrators to create and monitor individualized plans Maintain timely, thorough documentation and progress reports according to state/district standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to team discussions Remain current with best practices and state requirements within the field
