What Youll Need:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state-specific licensure (or ability to obtain before start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Previous experience in school-based environments is valued Passion for collaborating with educators and families to foster student success Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to support language, articulation, social communication, voice, and fluency goals Track and report student progress, tailoring interventions to individual needs Engage with families and caregivers, providing resources and updates Adhere to district policies and state requirements to ensure the highest standard of care
