Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current state licensure to practice as an SLP Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility for CFY supervision Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to childrens needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster students success Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards Provide direct therapeutic interventions and measure student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
