Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure required for practice as an SLP Possession of, or eligibility for, the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse pediatric caseload Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans geared toward improving communication, social, and academic success Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students goals Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements Provide input on Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and contribute to the development of student-specific supports Deliver therapy both individually and in small group settings
