We are seeking a dedicated professional skilled in pediatric speech-language pathology to provide services within a supportive environment near Cedar Rapids, IA. This contract position is full-time, offering flexibility to work with varying caseloads based on your experience and preferences—from early childhood through elementary levels, as well as those with moderate to profound needs. Both local applicants and travel professionals are encouraged to apply. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Iowa as an SLP Experience or interest in serving pediatric populations, with a focus on school-aged children (K-12) Familiarity or background in working with students who have moderate to profound needs is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEPs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Document student performance and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations What's in it for you?
