Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Corning, Iowa $50-$65 per hour | $10,000 Retention Bonus | Flexible Hours RehabVisions is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a hospital-based position in Corning, Iowa . Choose the schedule that fits your needs, with PRN, part-time and full-time opportunities available . This position offers a varied inpatient and outpatient caseload, competitive hourly pay and the support of an experienced rehabilitation team. Position Highlights Pay range of $50-$65 per hour , depending on experience & # of hours worked $10,000 retention bonus PRN, part-time or full-time scheduling Hospital inpatient and outpatient setting Full-time benefits available at 30 hours per week or greater Student loan assistance available for eligible employees Flexible and supportive work environment Approximately 1.5 hours from Des Moines CCC's required Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings Develop individualized plans of care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate with patients, families, physicians and facility staff Participate in program development and community outreach Provide education and in-services to staff when appropriate Support the general operation of the rehabilitation department Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Iowa Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or eligibility to obtain certification Full-Time Benefits Employees regularly scheduled for at least 30 hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and six paid holidays Student loan assistance Unlimited continuing education opportunities CORE Mentorship Program Company-paid short-term disability Life insurance Accidental death and dismemberment insurance About RehabVisions RehabVisions is a therapist-founded rehabilitation provider delivering compassionate care to communities of all sizes.
