This full-time role focuses on speech-language pathology across Early Childhood, Elementary, and Pediatric populations, with flexible caseload assignments based on your professional experience and interests. The work setting accommodates both local and travel professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid SLP license for school-based practice Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in school settings Comfort working with students who present with moderate to profound needs Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Flexibility and adaptability to serve a wide age and ability range Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students K-12 Design and deliver evidence-based therapy for diverse caseloads Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Serve as a resource for teachers and families, providing guidance on communication development Foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere that supports all learners
