e2036-50266 Job Description Step into a dynamic full-time contract opportunity for the 20262027 school year, supporting K12 students as a valued speech-language pathologist. Work with a team committed to helping every student find their voice, serving a variety of caseloadsfrom moderate to more profound needsin both inclusive and specialized settings. The position is open to local and travel professionals who are ready to make a meaningful impact in education.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license in Iowa (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with pediatric and school-based populations, including early childhood and elementary students Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs to support individualized goals Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, teachers, and related service providers Adaptability to serve caseloads based on background and personal strengths
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech/language interventions for students in grades K12 Develop tailored therapy plans, monitor student progress, and maintain thorough documentation Consult with teachers and parents to support student growth across academic and social environments Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions Ensure services meet state and federal special education regulations
