Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary-aged students in a contract role. This assignment runs from mid-October through late May, aligning with the academic calendar and offering a consistent weekday schedule. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP licensure and state credentials required for school settings Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred Strong collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and support staff Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassion and patience for working with young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students with diverse speech and language needs Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines Consult with educators and families to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
Role Details:
One opening for a dedicated SLP Contract position with a start date of 10/14/26 and an end date of 5/26/27 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Daily schedule from 8:20am to 3:50pm Work with elementary-age students in a school setting This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in students' lives while gaining valuable school-based experience.
