Full-time hours are available, but part-time applicants are also welcome. The assignment spans the academic year, with a start date of September 29, 2026, and an end date of June 9, 2027. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current IL Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement Valid Illinois SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Bilingualfluent in both Spanish and English Prior experience working in a school setting (middle school preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for middle school students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences Provide support and training to staff and families on communication strategies Adapt services to meet needs across one or more school sites (caseload and site assignment to be confirmed) This role is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering student growth and communication skills.
