Approximately 38 students Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school-based team in Palatine, IL . This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with students and wants to play a meaningful role in helping children develop the skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and throughout their school day. Youll work with approximately 38 students across General Education and specialized programming , collaborating with educators and other professionals to provide individualized support. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students. Support students across General Education and specialized instructional programs. Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed. Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and related service providers. Provide recommendations and strategies to promote student participation and independence. Support students with fine motor, sensory, functional, and school-related skills. Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary educational team. What We're Looking For Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License Pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for working with children and supporting student success. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a school-based team. Why This Opportunity?
