This contract opportunity, running through June 7, 2027, offers 37.5 hours per week with a caseload focused on early learners. Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license or eligibility for license/CFY in Illinois Passion for serving early childhood populations in a school-based setting Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Dedication to ongoing professional development and best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide direct intervention to students with speech and language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for early childhood caseloads Maintain accurate documentation and participate in annual performance reviews Attend and contribute to monthly collaboration meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 supervisor check-ins Engage with peers, leaders, and other specialists via an interactive online platform for real-time support and resource sharing
