This full-time, contract role offers the chance to start as soon as possible and continue supporting students through the end of the school year in late May 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver targeted therapy Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Flexibility, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of elementary school students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals Deliver direct therapy individually or in small groups Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student progress Document therapy sessions, maintain compliance with state and federal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations as needed In this contract role, youll make a difference every day by helping learners achieve their fullest communication potential.
