Job Description

Take your passion for Speech-Language Pathology into a dynamic educational setting working onsite with a friendly, supportive middle school caseload. This full-time contract opportunity near Des Plaines, IL, offers the chance to make a positive difference in the lives of students while developing your clinical skills in a collaborative atmosphere.
What Youll Bring:
Active Illinois SLP license PEL (Professional Educator License) certification Experience in school-based settings preferred Skills in pediatric speech-language therapy, with a focus on middle school populations Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families Strong communication and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Provide consultation and training as needed to support school initiatives
