9612163-62206 Job Description Make a difference in the lives of elementary-aged students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant and supportive school environment. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide expert care to a manageable caseloadlast years numbers were about 23 students, primarily at the elementary level. Occasional travel between buildings is required, but all campuses are conveniently located within a few blocks of each other for easy access. To excel in this role, you should bring: Active or in-progress CCC-SLP credential, or eligibility for SLP-CFY Background in pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings Experience or interest in working with elementary school-aged children Familiarity with developing and implementing communication goals for diverse learners Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff Key responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate documentation Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs Providing support and intervention across different settings, as needed Engaging families in their childs progress and therapy plans This full-time schedule consists of a 7.5-hour workday, with a typical timeframe of 8:003:30; start times may shift depending on your specific service delivery schedule.
