Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome Active or eligible state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Compassionate, collaborative, and flexible approach to meeting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication goals Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings Adapt interventions based on ongoing student evaluation and teacher feedback Support both classroom-based and pull-out service delivery as needed Pay for this position is highly competitive, ranging from $40 to $60 per hour based on experience.
