Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity supporting students with your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist. We're seeking several talented SLPs who are passionate about making a difference across K-12th grade caseloads. This is a full-time position based near Joliet, IL, perfect for clinicians interested in fostering communication success in an educational setting.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current or eligible Illinois state SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted Familiarity with school-based IEP procedures and documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Experience or comfort working across a range of ages/needs (K-12) is a plus Key responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings Complete comprehensive evaluations, write assessment reports, and contribute to IEP meetings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student academic and social goals Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school and state regulations Support a positive and inclusive learning environment Enjoy the fulfilling experience of partnering with dedicated educators and administrators while making a meaningful impact on children's lives.
