Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program Valid Illinois SLP license (or eligibility for Illinois licensure) Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings Confidence in serving a range of needs, from moderate to profound Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in K-12 students Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver therapy services and monitor progress toward student objectives Provide consultation and resources for teachers, staff, and family members Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and services provided Participate in professional development and school-based meetings
