Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Skilled in conducting assessments, creating IEPs, and implementing therapy plans

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders using formal and informal assessment tools Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, therapy sessions, and progress notes Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations Provide input on classroom strategies for communication enhancement You'll join a supportive team environment committed to fostering student growth.
