Qualifications/Experience:
Valid state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CFY, or CCC) Background in pediatric or early childhood caseloads preferred Understanding of school-based therapy best practices Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services two days per week Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for early childhood students Collaborate with an onsite SLP and school staff for optimal student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each student
