Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners and families as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a birth-to-5 program for the full school year. This position offers a meaningful chance to work within Head Start and Early Head Start environments, collaborating closely with district teams and making a vital impact on early childhood development.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an

SLP ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based or early intervention experience, especially with children ages birth to 5, highly valued Proficiency developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with district staff Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Your Responsibilities:

Serve multiple locations (three sites), with a designated home base for operations and planning Deliver direct and consultative therapy in classroom and family settings, supporting both Head Start and Early Head Start programs Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with families and district teams to ensure individualized support Partner with and assist home visitors when
