e2138-62563 Job Description Step into a dynamic role supporting students with communication needs in a pediatric educational setting near Rochester, IL. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with children, helping them develop vital speech and language skills. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or pending ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or ability to obtain before start date Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children in a pediatric setting Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability to effectively collaborate within a diverse team
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students as part of their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to students unique needs and educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies and support classroom learning Maintain detailed student records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development activities Enjoy comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay, ensuring you feel rewarded for your expertise and dedication.
