A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Our high demand for client services spans all ages and diagnoses, with a focus on hippotherapy and outpatient land-based therapy. We offer training in hippotherapy, no horse experience required but preferred. All applicants, including new graduates, are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure; therapists are hired as independent contractors. Location is in Poplar Grove, IL, requiring relocation before start. Schedule is flexible, with preference for after-school hours; part-time, contract positions starting at $35/hour with incentives for education. Preferred experience includes 3+ years treating clients and 5+ years equine experience. Licenses in PT, OT, or SLP are preferred.
