By aiding in their ability to communicate effectively, you will directly contribute to transforming their innovative ideas into marketable products. This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice combined with a mission to empower the creative capabilities of our service users within an educational setting. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Offer customized therapy plans tailored to the needs of inventors and entrepreneurs to help them communicate their ideas clearly and effectively. Collaborate with educators and team members to integrate speech therapy services with educational content and innovation processes. Educate individuals and groups on speech improvement exercises and strategies relevant to public speaking and effective communication in business settings. Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust therapy plans as required, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards. Participate in conferences or workshops to stay updated on new teaching methods or technological advances in speech therapy. Required Skills Strong proficiency in various speech therapy techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients and professionals. Ability to develop and implement innovative treatment strategies. Keen understanding of issues related to intellectual property and entrepreneurship as they relate to communication barriers.
