Ideal candidates bring:

Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, or are completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations, ideally in a school or teletherapy setting Familiarity with diverse speech, language, and communication disorders Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Comfort managing sizeable caseloads and developing individualized treatment plans Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and implementing therapy for students in K12 Developing and maintaining individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Providing direct and consultative services both in person and via teletherapy, as needed Maintaining comprehensive records and progress documentation in compliance with school/district policies This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing meaningful consistency for the students and the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic educational setting.
