Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Experience providing speech and language services within a school setting is strongly preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for empowering students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable, attainable goals Deliver evidence-based therapy to support student communication, language, and social skills Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
