Job Description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. Provide comprehensive evaluations, develop functional treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care efficiently.
