Caseloads are designed to accommodate both your experience and personal preference, ensuring a fulfilling and balanced work experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLPA Clinical Certification (CCC) welcome, as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Experience supporting pediatric or school-based populations is ideal Comfortable with healthcare and teletherapy delivery formats Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language assessments and therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communications Collaborate with educational teams to develop functional and measurable goals Engage in regular communication and consultation with parents and caregivers Adapt service delivery via in-person or teletherapy, as needed Support students in developing communication, social, and academic skills Step into this dynamic school-based role that embraces diversity and flexibility.
