9606970-47429 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language therapy services in a vibrant school setting near Ellettsville, IN. This assignment will allow you to focus on supporting elementary studentsprimarily in grades 2 and 3with a manageable caseload spread across 2-3 school sites. The contract runs from August 3rd, 2026, through May 24, 2027, with a flexible workload of 18-21 hours per week over 3-5 days. Ideal candidates are experienced, compassionate clinicians eager to make a meaningful difference for students with diverse communication and language needs. Youll work closely with education professionals and families to help each child reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
Completion of all licensure requirements to practice speech-language pathology in Indiana schools Previous experience providing SLP services in an educational environment preferred Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Competency in managing and organizing documents for IEPs and student files
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy according to student IEPs Conduct thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations of students as needed Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all services rendered Act as Teacher of Record (TOR) or Teacher of Service (TOS) for students on your caseload Lead or participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Travel to and provide services at 2-3 school sites within the assignment This position blends a supportive environment with the opportunity to positively impact both students and school teams.
