In this full-time position (37.5 hours/week), youll provide essential speech and language therapy to kindergarten through fifth-grade students, helping them develop vital communication skills for future success.

What Youll Do:

Provide comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings for elementary-aged students. Manage a rewarding caseload of 60-80 students, developing and carrying out individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs needs. Complete school-based tasks such as IEP creation, progress documentation, and other compliance-related responsibilities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff, serving as a key partner in student success. Participate in paid administrative tasks and team meetings, ensuring strong communication and seamless service delivery. Travel between two assigned schools during the workday, with all travel time between locations compensated.

What Were Looking For:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a closely related field. Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP in Indiana. Willingness to complete background checks and required fingerprinting before beginning the assignment. Passion for working with pediatric and elementary-aged students; school-based and/or teletherapy experience welcomed.
