Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current

ASHA CCC-SLP

preferred Indiana state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in school settings ideal Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational and communication skills Flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt across grade levels

Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students in PreK through middle school as assigned Develop and implement IEP goals and speech therapy plans individually and in groups Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state standards Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure continuity of care Supervise or partner with Speech-Language Assistants as available or required Flexible scheduling options with a 7-hour workday and 30-minute unpaid lunch Caseloads range from 70100 students, with potential for SLA support Settings include: Elementary (PreK1st, 2nd3rd, 4th5th), Intermediate, and Middle School options Support for developmental, academic, and social communication needs Enjoy variety and professional development in a supportive environment with flexibility in your daily schedule.
