We partner with school districts nationwide to connect exceptional education professionals with meaningful opportunities where they can make a lasting impact on students. Our team specializes in supporting school-based clinicians by providing access to rewarding assignments, professional resources, and dedicated support throughout their placement. About the Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, therapy, and consultation services to students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' communication development and academic success. Job Duties Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct speech and language therapy services Complete assessments, progress reports, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Provide evidence-based intervention targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Recommend accommodations and communication strategies Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, or eligibility to obtain licensure Appropriate Indiana Department of Education credential/authorization for school-based practice, as applicable Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred; eligible Clinical Fellows may be considered Completion of required supervised clinical experience Knowledge of
IDEA, IEP
