Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required. Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility. Experience with early childhood and PreK-Kindergarten populations is preferred. Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and organization. Familiarity with push-in service models in school environments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy using primarily push-in services within PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs. Work closely with classroom teachers and staff to integrate language support into daily routines and curriculum activities. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve IEP goals. Document services provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements. Engage families by providing updates, resources, and strategies for supporting language development at home. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
