Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active CCC-SLP preferred (ASHA certification); no SLPA at this time Eligible for Indiana state licensure Prior school-based experience highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services, targeting individual IEP goals Manage diverse caseloads at elementary and intermediate levels (70-100 students, depending on assignment) Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines Collaborate with special education teams and general educators Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support
