Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders. Active SLP license in Indiana or eligible for state licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered. Experience in school settings with pediatric populations is highly valued. Teletherapy and healthcare-based SLP experience a plus. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 60+ students, supporting diverse communication needs. Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress for each student. Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services in both in-person and virtual environments. Coordinate care with teachers, parents, and other support staff. Participate in eligibility, staffing, and IEP meetings as needed.
