compassionate, dependable caregivers and Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide nonmedical, in-home care to individuals throughout Indiana. We have immediate part-time openings in Carmel, Indianapolis, and Martinsville, with consistent weekly schedules. • Morning & Evening Caregiver Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00 AM-12:30 PM and 4:45 PM-7:00 PM 14 hours and 15 minutes per week Position 2
• Daytime Caregiver Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM 24 hours per week Position 3
• Martinsville Caregiver Martinsville, Indiana 20 hours per week Schedule details provided during the interview Job Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

Provide assistance with mobility and transfers according to the client's care plan and caregiver training. Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other authorized homemaker duties. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with medication reminders as authorized by the care plan. Observe and report changes in a client's condition to agency management. Follow individualized care plans and maintain professional boundaries. Complete accurate, detailed visit documentation. Clock in and out using the agency's Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. Qualifications Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, or direct support experience preferred. Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently in a client's home. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to meet required background screening and training requirements. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification before providing care, as required by the agency. Ability to provide safe physical assistance according to the client's needs and care plan. Why Work With Us?
