8825928-46184 Job Description Step into a dynamic role serving preschool students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where you can make a meaningful difference each day. This full-time, contract opportunity offers a supportive environment to help young learners excel in their communication skills. Your work will focus on a preschool caseload of approximately 60 students, providing both challenge and reward as you guide these children on their developmental journey. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, allowing for work-life balance and consistent scheduling.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP Previous experience with preschool or early childhood caseloads preferred Strong communication skills and an encouraging, patient demeanor Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication skills of preschool-aged students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in small groups Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning for each student Maintain accurate records of progress, session notes, and assessments Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for students Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet each childs unique requirements Imagine how your expertise could help shape young lives and contribute to a nurturing educational setting.
