Qualifications:

Current and active Kansas SLP license required Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Committed to fostering student growth and success

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress Document and track outcomes, maintaining compliance with all regulations Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed Adapt therapy techniques to best support each students learning style Specific caseload details (age group, number of students) will be provided as soon as available Enjoy a competitive pay structure, offering between $45 and $50 per hour, delivered through convenient weekly pay.
