What Youll Bring:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working with children in school-based settings, especially early childhood and pre-K populations Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices a plus Excellent collaboration abilities for coordinating with fellow SLPs and educational staff Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a caseload independently during scheduled hours

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct SLP services for students as part of a two-person rotation Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs, focusing on younger age groups Collaborate with another SLP to divide responsibilities for early childhood, pre-K, and students utilizing AAC devices Maintain records and progress documentation according to educational and professional standards Engage with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure integrated care for each child
