No previous sales experience is required, as hands-on coaching and professional guidance are provided. As an AT&T Crew Member, you will interact directly with customers, introduce AT&T Fiber products and services, explain available internet options, and support the customer enrollment process. You will gain practical experience in sales, customer communication, and customer service while working alongside a collaborative team focused on achieving daily sales goals. What You'll Do Represent AT&T Fiber by introducing customers to available internet products and services. Engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide clear information about AT&T Fiber options. Support sales activities, customer enrollment, and new service registrations. Build professional customer relationships through effective communication and attentive service. Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals. Participate in hands-on coaching to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment.
