PRN SLP SLP
Responsibilities
+ Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
+ Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice disorders, and language comprehension.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other relevant professionals.
+ Maintain detailed records of patient evaluation, treatment, and progress.
+ Educate clients and family members about communication strategies.
+ Stay updated on clinical research and advances in speech-language pathology. Qualifications
+ Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's in Speech Therapy
+ Licensed by the state in Speech-Language Pathology
+ Current BLS for healthcare providers' certification upon hire and maintain current certification
+ MS degree in Speech-Language Pathology
+ One year of experience with swallow assessment and treatment in an acute care hospital setting
