Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Experience working in school settings is highly desirable Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide initial assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine student needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, or communication challenges Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support students' communication goals in the classroom Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
