Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly desired Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Ability to develop IEPs, conduct assessments, and implement therapeutic interventions
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech and language needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student learning Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and IEP updates Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies Offer guidance and resources to families for carryover of communication skills at home
