Qualifications:

Current and active Kansas SLP license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and experienced school-based SLPs encouraged to apply Background in pediatric or school-based practice highly desirable Strong collaborative skills and effective communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs Perform screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine therapy needs Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and planning Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff Adapt therapy techniques to diverse age groups and caseloads Support the learning environment by fostering communication development and student confidence This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and continues through May 21, 2027. Details regarding weekly hours, days per week, specific age groups, and caseload sizes are being gathered and will be provided soon.
