Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or equivalent credentialing required by the facility. Active Kentucky SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in inpatient acute or long-term acute care (LTACH) settings preferred. Demonstrated experience with dysphagia evaluation and management, including instrumental assessment familiarity (eg, FEES or MBSS) preferred. Proven ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and write letters of medical necessity in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines. Must be able to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning and patient/family training. Flexibility to manage individual and group treatment sessions and to provide coverage as needed across unit caseloads.
