Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based populations Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students in need of speech-language services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals Deliver direct therapy, both individual and group, in a school-based setting Document progress, maintain clear records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster optimal learning outcomes Stay current with best practices and professional development in pediatric speech-language pathology
