Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Louisiana SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students ages 3 through 5th grade Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for referred students Collect and analyze data to guide therapy interventions and document progress Collaborate with teachers and instructional staff to develop and implement IEPs Prepare detailed and compliant IEP documentation based on evaluation findings Consult and communicate proactively with families, sharing student progress and strategies Attend and participate in team meetings, maintaining clear and timely records This role offers weekly pay along with access to 401K retirement plans.
