Qualifications/Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an

SLP ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required Prior experience working in educational settings is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to various school environments and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and parents Track student progress and document results in accordance with IDEA and district standards Offer consultation and training to staff, families, and other stakeholders regarding speech and language development strategies Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and staff training sessions Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to school-based speech therapy Enjoy the rewarding experience of helping students unlock their full potential while expanding your own professional skills in a supportive environment.
