Key Experience & Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, active SLP license in Louisiana (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred Strong ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring tools

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Deliver engaging group and one-on-one speech therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP goals Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in student support meetings and provide insights and recommendations for interventions Uphold confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and district guidelines
