Company Description Brennan Behavior Group is committed to delivering comprehensive mental health and developmental services tailored to meet clients' diverse needs. Our multidisciplinary team includes expert clinicians such as social workers, licensed counselors, psychologists, behavior analysts, and speech pathologists. We specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychological and developmental evaluations. Our services include targeted support, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and speech therapy for children with autism. Our mission is to empower individuals and families by delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters growth and well-being. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Metairie, LA. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work directly with clients to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other professionals, and documenting client progress. The role involves working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental and cognitive challenges, to improve communication skills and overall quality of life. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and expertise in addressing speech disorders Experience in managing Dysphagia and related conditions Strong knowledge of Communication Disorders and approaches for effective intervention Expertise in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders Ability to create customized therapy plans based on individual client needs Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and professionals Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities, including autism, is a plus Commitment to evidence-based practices to achieve effective therapeutic outcomes Also accepting Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP)
